Was a smaller group than our last Rotary walk, but those that braved getting up super early since daylight savings sprung forward the night before, enjoyed the beautiful Spring day. (we didn't think it was going to be like that on Thursday when every cloud was crying.........)
My Committee met at 7.30am to set up course with little Rotary Windmills, so everyone could find their way. Problem being someone (me) got lost putting them out & then walked the wrong way collecting them after the last of the walkers went off. So my simple 5km walk worked out to be more like 15..........lol....... And yes the tutu's were out, so got lots of comments & those walking got to share with other clubs what they are up too. All in all a great morning. Next one planned for March 2020, so watch this space.
