School camp this year was as tiring as all others, but a little bit special as Brayden's last one at Primary School. We headed off to timbucktoo, middle of nowhere, but amazing place. Had place to ourselves with 58 kids, 12 parents & 4 teachers. With another Mum, we looked after or group of 9 kids for the duration of the camp. By the end of it, OMG could have throttled at least 2, but we were very lucky with a great group.

Camp gives you the chance to see your child outside of the norm, & how they react. I was so proud of how mature Brayden is becoming & he is certainly a leader. Wonderful to see the younger aged group looking up to him. His strength was in the water sports, but like Mummy not that great with heights....... We both gave everything a go, even doing BMX.........(My thighs will never be the same........)

All in all, if you ever have the chance to be a camp helper, do it........ you come home super tired, but totally worth it.......
