Our annual Trivia night has come & gone........a great night even with numbers a little smaller than usual. (thinking June mid winter not the best time for an event, but we still made it fun) Was probably one of our driest events I have been to, & as barmaid, well I wasn't over worked......only at the time getting to the end, knowing we weren't selling much, was taking the extras back to my truck. My fitbit had a HUGE workout, let me tell you.........
Funny that the end result, we had the Lawyers beat the teachers. We can always rely on Brett & Sally to have an amazing smart team that give everyone a run for their money. In fact we have to thank Sally & her crazy "The Shadee Bunch" team, who won the Best Dressed at Quiz Nationals (you know no one really had a chance don't you....lol) They donated their prize who was the Quiz Master, so really helped with our fundraising efforts. (this also showed us who the real smart ones were on the team..........next time, grab Sally for your team & you know you will win.....lol......)
Thanks to everyone that helped out, We will be using the proceeds to help our local community, so worth dressing up & braving natures elements.......
